Amy Web is one of the hardest working women I have ever met. Not only is she a mother, but She is also co-runs her own fitness coaching business “PHX Fitness” as well as co-owns Iron Energy Gym in west Kelowna and competes in multiple fitness competitions each year. How she has time for all of this, I don’t know but I do know it’s always a pleasure photographing her in her element!
